29k Asset Management was founded in 2015 to address this gap between access and execution. We created a structured, professionally governed framework that enables high-net-worth investors to participate in UK property without the burden of day-to-day operations. Through clearly defined private syndicate structures and direct investment mandates, we oversee the full investment lifecycle, including acquisition, structuring, asset management, reporting, and exit.
Based in the UK, we work primarily with investors from India and the UAE who value discipline, transparency, and long-term stewardship.
